Structure characteristics:
The main transmission system
The main transmission system adopts the main transmission box driven by 7.5 kw alternating current motor through the spring linkage driving machine. In the main transmission box, there are placed three group slippage gears, different slippage gears are driven by the hydraulic pre-selecting speed changing structure. They have 18 kinds of rotate speed, then to the principal axis on the milling head. Inside the main transmission box, there placed the electromagnetism arrester, the principal brake is fast and steady.
The inputting and feeding system
The inputting and feeding of the X, Y, Z coordinate, are all driven by the alternating current servo motor. The motor drive the ball bearing stick by the in-phase gear type tape, drive the parts moving along the lead rail. The servo motor, the relevant speed control unit and the pulse coder to be used on the location inspection are controlled by the digital system. Then finish the inputting and feeding movement
The in-phase gear type tape can be tightened to reduce the transmission space, and the noise can be reduced.

The vertical principal axis on the milling die, is placed with the NO. 50 (ISO) cone hole, we can use standard milling knife or milling cooled. The principal axis direction location can be adjusted. It will expand out along the direction of the axis with the sleeve. The principal axis can be adjusted to incline location 45° left or right with the milling head main body.
The hilt adopt standard XT50 type, it can be replaced by our all-purpose milling machine hilt. The fees of hilt stock will be saved.
The lubricate system
The automatic lubricate section is set with gradual oil separation machine. It can lubricate the machine tool lead rail pair, ball bearing stick and gear stick timing and fix quantity. Each adding quantity and the time space between two times is adjustable, to ensure the logical quantity of each lubricate point.
The machine tool adopt side hanging type electricity box and dropping hanging operation part, all in one part, shipping, easy installation, it can be operated centralized, and multi-part operation.
The semiautomatic load and unload knife structure, placed on the upper part of the milling head, operated by the two buttons, easy and safe. Even the principal axis expands out, it will not influence the knife load and unload.
